Residential Services
Columbus Residential Programs provide housing and support services for individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. We provide a safe and supportive environment where residents can receive the care and assistance they require that promotes their well-being and independence.
Our person-centered program is designed to assist residents with their activities of daily living including leisure activities, personal funds management, personal care, and maintaining a clean and safe home.
Residential Homes:
Providing family-style living and round-the-clock care for people with medical conditions or others who need specialized support.
Supervised Apartments:
Encouraging independence while also providing structured supervision and supports for daily living.
Supported Living Program:
Helps individuals maintain their independence by providing one-on-one hourly supports in their home.

Park Creek – Salt Lake City
Foothill – Salt Lake City
Jones Court – Murray
Wren Road – Salt Lake City
The HUB – South Salt Lake
Connor Street – Salt Lake City
