The numbers are staggering—there is a 65% unemployment rate for individuals with disabilities compared to 7%in the general population. Simple obstacles keep talented people out of the work force at huge cost to companies and communities.

Columbus and the Global Interdependence Center are convening highly regarded panelists to examine issues that impact how individuals with significant disabilities can be gainfully employed and safely integrated into their communities.
